Man Utd, Juventus £62m target set for talks over Bayern future

James Rodriguez is set for talks with Bayern Munich over his future, amid continued interest from Manchester United and interest from Juventus.

The Colombian star joined the Bundesliga mammoths on a two-year advance arrangement from Real Madrid the previous summer.  The agreement was worth €10m, with Bayern also possessing a €35m option to buy at the end of that spell.

Various reports recommended he could in any case move to the Premier League with Manchester United long-term admirers,  seek to return to the Bernabeu or try his luck in Italy.

Be that as it may, as per Bild, Bayern are quick to keep the 27-year-old – despite the fact that the player needs to clear up his future rapidly in the midst of enthusiasm from the Italian heroes and United.

The Bianconeri need to re-join Rodriguez with previous Real partner Cristiano Ronaldo, who moved to Turin in during the summer.

They apparently believe that sponsors Adidas and agent Jorge Mendes could help to get the deal over the line, with the former reportedly willing to help finance a £62million bid.
