BREAKING NEWS: Everton land Besiktas striker Tosun

Everton have moved to mitigate their goalscoring issues by finishing the marking of Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun on a four-and-a-half-year-bargain. 

The Toffees sold Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United in an arrangement said to be worth £75million in the last exchange window and have attempted to fill the Belgian's void, scoring only 25 objectives in 22 Premier League matches.
